I am just so pleased and happy with my new Neff hob, I have been after a hob with wok burner for ages, and finally managed it along with my kitchen refurb. Have only used it once, as my kitchen is still in the process of being finished off, but so far I'm very impressed with my Neff hob, and super impressed with AO.com their customer service.

Seems to work fine. If I had small children I would be concerned that the flat front panel creates greater risk of touching the black pan supports that get very hot. our old hob had an angled panel that stopped hands accidentally sliding across.
