    Just my cup of Tea

    5/5
Have Been looking for one of these for sometime, I have bought this for the wife for Christmas and she does have problems sleeping and is not very mobile,But now she will not have to go downstairs to make a drink as this will sit beside her bed. So as of yet not used it but it does look good and if it does what it is supposed to do she will be over the moon.

    Early cuppa

Bought it for my husband who is disabled and very often has bad nights. When he can’t sleep he simply switches it on for a soothing cuppa after witch he can snuggle back to sleep. Brilliant

    Morning treat

    5/5
Excellent for having a hot cup of tea in bed early morning. Replacing an old one, well worth having.

    Love this thing.

Love the cuppa in bed when I wake in the night.Bought a spare tea pot from Swan as lids have quite fragile lugs to fix on pot. Mine had a small chip on it.

    Faulty again

This is the second one i have had and neither of them work and getting through to customer services is virtually impossible

    China made teapots are RUBBISH

    1/5
Arrived today 12/10/22 on time. Removed all packaging and filled water tank. When pushing teapot in it cocks up and needs to have the handle moved to the left before it will start to boil. The big plastic cover over the switch stops the teapot from sitting down properly meaning that you have to wiggle it about to make it switch on. I think its rubbish and not fit for purpose. I have not boiled any water in it. I have owned 3 Swan tea makers before the first one had a metal tea pot, the one I have now leaks but it is better than my new rubbish one
