    not happy

    1/5
Not happy with this product at all! Do read the fine print of the specification doc. While the 'guides' for the hob are two different sizes the copper coil underneath is the equivalent across all four zones meaning you get hot and cold spots if you use a large fry pan that matches the 'guide' on the hob. Sneaky to put different sized rings on top and not have different sized coils to correspond. Have had lots of omelettes, pancakes, flat breads etc with a burnt middle and raw edge. Avoid if you like cooking.

Bought the oven for £799 about 6 months ago so the price has been hiked up en extreme amount The oven has worked fine in general but now the fan oven setting does not work and won’t heat up, luckily in warranty so they’re coming to fix but not good for only 6 months or use for a household of 2

    Overall a good oven

Good cooker. Looks great. I find the hob and grill to be a little slow you have to really crank them up high to get anything heated but other than that it’s a stylish piece of kit.

    Avoid at all costs

    1/5
I would rate this zero stars if I could. Firstly it is a few mil larger than 60cm - so we had to butcher our counter top to fit it in. Secondly, the induction hob is pretty useless, all the settings from 1 to 7 give out the same heat. Eight is needed if you want to heat anything up quickly and sometimes it still takes ages. There is a ridge at the top which fills with crumbs and is impossible to clean. I paid extra for the insurance to cover this and the oven has stopped working completely now and it turns out the insurance is a waste of time too. Avoid this rubbish at all costs.

    Disappointing

    3/5
I am very disappointed by this cooker. After several cycles of running the oven on high for an hour, in order to get rid of the smell, it is still very bad and taints any food cooked in it. All the control knobs on the front are very hot to touch, if the oven has been on for more than half an hour. The induction hob takes much longer to heat anything compared with my previous 10-year-old AEG cooker. Not worth even half the price I paid for it.
