It stopped working shortly after it was delivered. Terrible inconvenience, I have a family of five to feed and my brand new cooker was not working.
The cooker was delivered and installed professionally. After two days it stopped working. We initially thought it was a problem with the electrics, we ruled that out. The Stove engineer was adamant it was installed wrongly by the AO engineers. That was ruled out. AO we're very supportive following up on the issue daily and in the end offered a replacement but at that point I didn't want a Stove cooker, I opted for a different brand. They were happy to accommodate that.
