only toasts one side of bread. I have bought kettle bread bin and tea coffee sugar storage so would need to return all item .....toaster is useless

I have recently purchased the Swan kettle, tea, coffee and sugar containers and bread bin so I just had to buy the toaster to match. Wasn’t disappointed . Looks great with my other items on my work surfaces.Very modern and sleek looking .As with all Swan products it’s sturdy and excellent value.
