The cutlery rack is a terrible design. It means you can't fit glasses onto the top shelf. Completely impracticable.

Perfect dishwasher. Love the cutlery draw as it provides you with extra space in the dishwasher. Also the projected timer display on the floor is a great way of knowing how long is left in the washing cycle. Really pleased with the purchase and product. Well done AO and Bosch!

Brilliant piece of technology, so quiet, efficient and stylish. Great wash and the fact that there is an led display cast onto the floor under the door is SO handy in letting you know how long there is left in the cycle or if it’s finished. Great choice of programmes from eco to intense and it also allows for a 30 min wash. AO service is to be commended again with their excellent range of appliances and easy to use website complimented by their great delivery service - 5 stars easily

Good product which seams to hold more than the previous model it replaced. Just a pity that The fitting is different (built in) and the kick board needed to be cut down. Nice that it displays the time remaining and what part of the wash cycle it is on. This is projected on the floor. Dries better than the old one.

Brilliant and so easy to use. It also can pack in all my dishes of a family of 3.

There were not that many choices available to us in the 'integrated slimline' category but we are very pleased with our new dishwasher so far. The separate cutlery tray is taking some getting used to but it is nice to not lose the space at the bottom to a cutlery basket. Wifi notifications is a bit of a novelty but the projected time to complete has been really useful. I like that it pops the door open at the end of eco to allow that last bit of steam out into the room rather than using more energy to evaporate it.

Really pleased with this dishwasher. Having had an older bosch slimline diswasher I can happily say the extra space created by having the cutlery draw is great! We rarely have to do the pots and pans by hand anymore. We were at first worried pint glasses wouldn't fit on the top shelf but there is a lot of adjustment and our large plates still fit below. And really tall glasses can be placed on the lower rack which has extra parts that click into place to hold them. Only thing we found was the bulky plastic handle on the lower drawer limited the larger plates, but have since unclipped it and everything fits fine now.
