Looks great and works well, though does feel slightly fragile (the plastic casing). The steamer is not all that powerful but for a home machine and for the price I think it's a good product.

Amazing!! Makes the perfect coffee at home!

I couldn’t be happier with this machine. I did lots of research over a huge price range but the reviews seemed pretty good for this one & it looks fantastic. Very easy to use and it really does produce excellent coffee, just like being in a coffee shop.

This coffee machine is to replace a previous device (different manufacturer) which had started working erratically after many years of very good service. The machine makes a very good espresso & americano with a good amount of crema. We drink black coffee so have not tried heating milk with it. It is quite a lightweight machine because it is mostly plastic but is very good value for money.

Very pleased with this espresso machine. Not only does it look really nice in my kitchen, it works exactly as it should. The milk frother is possibly the best part for me! I make a lovely latte in the morning. Doesn't take very long for the machine to heat up either. Overall very happy with purchase.

We were really disappointed. The machine has an awful chemically plastic smell in the water dispenser and it makes all the drinks taste chemically and plastic too. We have thoroughly cleaned the machine but we just can't get the plastic chemical taste/smell to go so are having to send it back.
