    Lovely oven, took a bit to get it going but very easy once you've worked it out. Very pleased with it and the delivery men that carried it upstairs

    If I could leave no stars I would. I have lost all confidence in SMEG ovens as the inner glass door shattered burning off the oven residue on 170c 10 minutes after the fitter left the premises. 5 stars for AO after sales service dealing with the issue.
