So far, so good. The purchasing and delivery of this item was seamless. This is the second item I have bought from AO and would highly recommend them. As far as the oven goes, it looks great and was easy to install. I am still learning what settings work best but I’m sure I will. The only negative so far is that the bleeper that tells you when something is ready or the oven is up to temperature is too quiet.

Recently purchased the oven as my old oven developed issues. Bought from AO.com as their prices were very competitive. The oven arrived in good time and was exactly as described. My only gripe (1 week into ownership) if there is one is that the oven only comes with a baking tray and one wire shelf. Whilst I knew this prior to purchase and additional shelves are available it would be nice to have two from the outset. Other than that everything running smoothly at present.

An OK simple oven with a fitted 13amp plug. Great news if you don't have a cooker point. Downside is that it only has 1 rung and the roasting/grill pan does not have a rack for grilling. Shame to penny pinch to this level.

Easy to install as it only needs to be plugged into a normal socket, no need for an electrician. The oven beeps when it gets to temperature and has an easy and intuitive operating system. The ability to clean the oven with a diamond clean self function is a nice touch. Once the alarm goes off the oven turns off so that the food doesn't over cook. Whilst using the timer function the clock is no longer displayed which can be a little annoying, but if that's the main problem then all in all not a bad oven. I haven't tried all of the functions but it cooks standard meals well and I have done some baking which turned out perfectly. I would reccomend the oven.

Oven looks great and fits into my kitchen with ease. Installation was so simple, as it comes fitted with a plug. The oven light seems much better than my previous oven, you can clearly see how things are progressing.

The oven looks good, and has all the functions you could want, with many that I would not have expected at this price. Including an extra shelf, and a grilling rack for the grill pan would have been useful extras.
