Cooker is very good and easy to use . The only disadvantage is there needs to be a second shelf with this product ( even if they put the price up ). Easy to install myself with simple plug into existing socket.

Really nice quality oven, simple and easy to use, only got two very minor albeit quite annoying issues, would have been nice if came with two wire racks like older oven did, but this seems to be standard now and the beeping for example when a timer expires is much too quiet.

I was happy to find this oven as it was really difficult to find white ovens, which is my preference. It seems straight forward to use. I'm still trying to get used to it though because I have previously used gas. I was disappointed to find that it only comes with one wire shelf and I had to order another shelf, as in my opinion two shelves are necessary. Also, it comes with a grill pan, but this does not come with a wire rack as it seems they expect you to use the wire shelf positioned above it. I personally would like it to come with a wire rack that fits in the grill pan. It also doesn't come with a handle, but I guess you can just use an oven glove to put it in and out. Not used the grill yet so can not comment on how it will work with the arrangement they seem to require you to do.

bought like for like ten days ago after my Hotpoint oven died (5 years old). This one seems a more sophisticated/updated version. Has set my smoke alarm off a couple of times but think that is just as it's new

Great product and good value replacement. Would have preferred 2 shelves rather than one and a baking tray but easily ordered an extra one online for £20

Very neat looks good in a white kitchen

Good value for money and very easy to install but plugged lead could have been a bit longer, maybe just another 30cm because the oven has almost got to be in the enclosure before the plug will reach outlet. Luckily our socket was upper left where the outlet from the oven is located. Could have had another wire shelf, only one plus a tray is supplied. Tray does not slide very easily on moulded runners, side rails would have been better. Oven looks well made and has a solid feel to it, it is nicely finished and simple to use. If your kitchen cupboards are cream or off white then this oven might stick out as it is very white but looks good.

Great oven for the money . Lots of functions . The only things missing was a grill pan and a second shelf , although I believe you can purchase separately .
