Delivered in delivery slot as promised. Delivery man lacked in customer service skills but curteous. Nice looking hob, fits nicely in existing worktop. Installation was ok although the wiring diagram was difficult to find. The instructions stated it was to be found on lid? It was in fact, on the cover not lid. The hob is easy to use and clean. I am happy with how you operate it and it looks nice in the kitchen.

Lovely simple hob with Knobs rather than touch controls. Fast heat and easy to clean. Great value

I had to buy a replacement hob quick after dropping a heavy object and cracking the glass on my previous unit. This does much the same job as any rival on the market. It does start to scratch after a while and having 5 heat seatings per hob doesn't give you as much control as you might like over your cooking temperature. But if you need something cheap-ish (and I didn't trust anything too cheap) this will probably do it for you.

Just fitted and trialed seems to be very good the control knobs are way to turn to maximum on start up. Looks good

Looks very smart and Works very well, heats up quickly. Not very easy to clean glass as with most hobs. Heat setting knobs no easy to see as they are just small notches. Generally its a good product for the price

Good value item, although the dials operate in a counter intuitive direction (anti clockwise to turn on) and it's very hard to see the mark on each dial, as it is black on black, so have had to paint the raised line with a white line so I know what setting it's on at a glance! Generally very pleased with a good budget replacement for a broken glass hob.

My new ceramic hob is beautiful, seems to be very energy efficient and is easy to clean, just a wipe over with a damp cloth
