Product was water damaged but works. I sent images to AO but had no response.

The hob worktop works fine but I am disappointed that the etched hotplate circles in the top do not align with the heating elements. When hot, the elements are clearly out of alignment with the top markings. The hob is a single unit so this must be a manufacturing fault. Also, the package did not include a sealing strip.

Product is good, would’ve been nice to have indicator light for which ring has been on and still hot

Very smart and easy to clean. However knobs are all black with just a small "bump" on dial to indicate setting. Would be clearer for older people or if have seeing difficulties, if the "bump" had been white for example. Otherwise excellent product.

Looks good - the marker on the dial giving you heating position not very clear. Heats up quickly Overall very pleased with it

Cheaper than alternatives but seems to be functional for what we need.
