Instructions for fitting door and machine were poor. The waste pipe size does not seem typical, we had to get an adapter. It has to be stacked particularly well or some items don’t wash well. However ao took away our old DW for free and their service has been very good.

I would guess that the product is normally perfect but mine was delivered a week ago and it still doesn't work. They're sending an engineer to see me tomorrow. Although I have written this review ao have never let me down and I've used them on many occasions. I think I've just been unlucky on this occasion and it will be fine once attended to.

It is ok, but it doesn't dry as well as other dishwashers we have had - it leaves a layer of water on-top of the mugs. It also doesn't seem to cope as well with large dishes as our last dishwasher.

Unfortunately my dinner plates do not fit in this dishwasher. Probably should have looked at the spec in greater detail??

Not got it working yet, plugged everything in, set it up and turned it on and then 3 mins later, lots of red lights appeared, water not getting into it. Door feels a bit flimsy as do the holder for the cups. See how it goes. If i can get it to work and it cleans, then all good.

Good points: Nice, simple to operate and good value and washes up well. Bad points: Feels quite flimsy - but to be fair I am using it temporarily as a freestanding dishwasher until I can fit it my integrated kitchen, so it might be because it's designed to go in a unit, also, the door spring was so strong that it wouldn't stay open, when adjusting it so it would stay open I've actually broken one of the screw tensioners on the left side, so that'll need fixing, but at least the thing stays open when I want it to now, albeit a bit wonky!

Not yet installed, relying on other reviews in guiding purchase.

If the door you are fitting to the dishwasher is over 717mm the dishwasher won’t open as your door will catch on some metal at the bottom of the dishwasher. AO very good at returning product but if the sizes had been stated I wouldn’t have purchased and wasted a couple of hours…
