The cooker was well packaged and arrived by courteous and helpful drivers from ao.
It was easily installed by my gas engineer in about 45 minutes, including testing time.
Rangemaster leave instructions in the grill as well as a leaflet that I missed and proceeded to melt to the base of my grill base when using the gas oven, so ensure you check right to the very back of it.
The burners are a standard size and easily allow for large pots on all of them. I've used my wok burner loads and it's ability to quickly heat and cook is exceptional (keep a close eye though as I lost my favourite pot to stew burning) we found it got very streaky when cleaning it and tried lots of products before discovering Flash with Fairy liquid- works a treat!
The electric oven heats really quick and is of a very even temperature throughout the different heights, however the front 10-15% is slightly colder than the rest. Just be careful on opening, the fan is pretty powerful and the steam build up inside can give you a fair blast in the face and neck. There is plenty of options for configuring your shelves and I've cooked on all at the same time with only minimal additional cooking time.
The gas oven is fairly accurate in temperature (slightly burns toward the front) and capacity is good. I have an issue with the door rack and being able to add or remove shelves, you need to take the door rack off to do so! For someone as busy but forgettable as me this is a pain to move hot racks to change position. However I'm happy with the gas section too.
The grill surface area is pretty small actually and requires rotation of items. If you're trying to toast 4 slices of bread be prepared to keep checking it. I love the runners on the grill, they feel good quality, the grill is really easy to clean too.
If you've not had a chance to see one in person it worth bearing in mind that it's slightly yellower than appears in the picture.
Overall- quality and you get what you pay for. Would I buy the same again- yes!
