Really pleased with our new cooker, especially with the tall second oven which will be great for Christmas with all the family home to feed! Installation engineer was polite, quick and tidy and they took away our old cooker, so easy Would highlybrecommend the Rangemaster Professionsl Plus supplied by Ao

Cannot fault the service and the product. I paid £100 extra to have the cooker installed and the fitter did a great job.Just waiting now for the gas safe certificate.

The cooker is ok, one door is not closing properly, I mean is not flat, but it keeps the heat in so I'll see how it is on our next baking day. The AO service,though, was perfect! The customer service is outstanding and I received my product on time.

I have used AO before and their service continues to be superb (see more below) The product itself is lovely. It fits perfectly in our kitchen and is a good sturdy model. We have not made full use of it as yet - the proof will be our Christmas Lunch - but its looking good so far. Very pleased and would definitely recommend both product and AO.

Very happy with the cooker we ordered. However the delivery was very unprofessional. Firstly they couldn’t park so we’re going to rearrange delivery (despite me paying nominated day) when they rang to say they were rearranging, I explained that me and my partner could move our cars so they could park directly in front of the house, this was met with lots of huffing and puffing thag gbeu had a tight schedule to meet. Sadly the icing on the cake was the two very large scratches on our new flooring that they made when delivering the oven. They shrugged and said they might fade over time. Overall not impressed with the standard of delivery or with staffs attitude.

Great cooker, easy to use. The oven heats up quickly, much quicker than my old cooker. I’d say it was a handsome cooker!

Very good quality product, good finish and range of features

I bake and my husband is the cook and we both love this oven. Very flexible and works well cooking for a crowd.
