Excellent product, excellent service

Great product with no-nonsense operation, One thing I though odd was that the largest burner is at the rear compromising the use of larger pots, etc but having used the hob I can see that the two mid-sized burners are the ones that will be used mostly, making sense of burner placement.

black glass is slick. Heavy & Solid grate is nice. Installation was fairly straight forward. AO delivery was on time. Kindly delivered and left where I wanted. There are a few thoughts about the product; 1. I wondered, though, why Bosch left the sponge trim around the bottom to be installed by installer. It would be better it comes with pre-attached. 2. Grate itself is nice and solid, so you need to be careful when placing on glass top.

Before purchasing I thoroughly checked the dimensions as my worktop is granite.I even checked with AO and was assured it would fit.When installed it was the tightest fit you could get but managed it.The hob looks great and works well.The only thing which we needed to get used to was when lighting if you take your finger off too soon the burner will go out this is a safety feature which you soon get used to Overall a quality hob at a reasonable price.
