AO are brilliant. From the ordering online, to the follow up call to confirm the details, then delivery/installation...great! Oven and hob seem okay so far. Getting to grips with the quicker warm up time and cooking times. The only thing I would have preferred would be the oven light to be to the side and not up on top of the oven, as when you have a large tray on top then you cannot see the trays below. Very small inconvenience, but thought I had to say something!!! Overall a very pleasant process.

Ooh, lovely looking hob, I love that it’s sturdy, yet attractive and easy to clean, with the black surface being enamel. Great flame control too, with nine levels, no more faffing around, trying to get just the right level to simmer! It’s easy to operate, with safety cut out built in! No tipping of pans because of the design of the two hob plates, which have built in rubber feet, to protect the lovely enamel surface. Comes with a Bosch 2 year guarantee, with the option to purchase another 3 years, making 5 in all of taken up. Typical German quality. Just love it!??

My wife does a lot of cooking and slow cooking. A previous standard hob was hard to take to low settings. This hob has precision valves and click stops and do really can be controlled well and taken to very low settings reproducibility, super! Build quality is very good. The gas gas flow noise is noticeable, presumably because of the precision valves. Worth noting that there is a spare part for those of us who use an expresso maker.

Previous to buying this, we had an electric hob, however when this was damaged, we decided to replace it with a gas one. We chose the Bosch because it was the same size as our old electric one, therefore a direct replacement. We had to get a gas fitter to plumb it in, however he did do a very nice and tidy job. One of the other reasons for buying this hob was it is strong enough to take cast iron pans. The igniters on the hob are great - no delay in getting going and the heat from all the burners is simply so much more controllable than our old electric one. The only thing against this hob is it needs constant cleaning - the lightest of touches and there's a fingerprint there - but it's easy to clean which is one mitigating factor.

Really stylish and looks great in our new kitchen. Turners for the hobs are sturdy with numbered options for flame intensity which is great. It's only been a few weeks but I love it
