We purchased some new appliances from AO and the service was nothing short of outstanding. The ordering process was really simple on their website with plenty of choice. Upon delivery the delivery driver kept us informed by phone call as to his eta, and the products arrived really well packaged and on time. I called up because a part was missing from an appliance and their customer service team could not have been more helpful and apologetic. The missing part arrived within two days direct from the manufacturer. A seamless company to deal with professional and attentive..Thank you will definitely use your services again.

This product is a wonderful addition to my kitchen. It’s versatile with easily adjustable knobs and is a pleasure to cook with. The pan rests also fit neatly in the dishwasher. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone seeking a gas hob.

The hob is very well made, sturdy, modern looking and so easy to use. I particularly like the positive control settings and auto-ignition. Would not hesitate to recommend this hob.

3rd consecutive Bosch appliance from AO. We have found all of them to be of high quality, well made and reliable. We selected this hob based on both its features and its price point. The sword controls are easy to use and a feature worth paying extra for. There are 9 settings with the lowest setting perfect for simmering. The gas flame quality is exceptional - it is so good we had to Google it to find out why ! Our installer was delighted with both the instructions and the parts supplied. The product was often out of stock throughout the summer - based on our initial impressions it is easy to see why !

AO are brilliant. From the ordering online, to the follow up call to confirm the details, then delivery/installation...great! Oven and hob seem okay so far. Getting to grips with the quicker warm up time and cooking times. The only thing I would have preferred would be the oven light to be to the side and not up on top of the oven, as when you have a large tray on top then you cannot see the trays below. Very small inconvenience, but thought I had to say something!!! Overall a very pleasant process.
