Functional and does the job. The simmer is a bit weird as it doesn't provide a steady heat but more in bursts but its just getting used to something different

Amazing! My new hobs can be set individually to different temperatures. Each cooking plate can be set to a different automatic switch off time. No more boiling over, No more burnt pans and smoke alarms harassing me. The whole hob can be locked preventing accidental settings. Easy to clean. Looks good.

Have had a new kitchen , plus solar fitted on roof, so decided to jump from gas hob ( always had gas ) to induction. There was so much choice, but based my purchase on cost and product reviews. It’s simple to use, nice to look at and easy to clean. Heats up very quickly, and cools quickly too. Also pleased not to have had to buy all new sauce pans - a friend told me to buy a magnet. Put it on the bottom of my existing pans, if it sticks- they’ll work ! So far only two small ones don’t work . I did see reviews from some induction hobs that they were noisy and “buzzed “ . There is a slight buzzing , but hardly noticeable , especially when cooking and usual kitchen noises.

Went from gas, to ceramic and now got an induction hob. Needless to say I am happy, but more than this, how quick it does heat everything, and also how easy cleaning it is. Overall 6 out of 5 stars! If you’re thinking of getting it, buy it and enjoy!
