Brilliant item for the price. Great having a duel cook oven so I can cook things at the same time but on different settings. New added sou vie is also added bonus

Great oven with large volume and the option to half/split the oven is extremely useful. Intructions were a bit thin on the ground and although I am tech savvy enough to happily use the app. It is a bit difficult to do simple things (such as set the time) without it, which may not be ideal for people who don’t want to use the app.

Seems very complicated and controls are not obvious. Have to keep refering to online instructions which is a bit of a pain. The dual Cook panel was damaged and after emailing ao.com I have yet to receive any response.

First class. Would have been 5 star if the controls were a bit more readable - very small pictures on control dial and almost invisible grey toggle switches. Capacity to split the oven and cook at different temperatures is really welcome.

This is my second Samsung Dual cooker, My first one I had for 11 years. It was still working well and I had no problems with it. I just thought it was time for a new one. The new one is so much better than my old one, I would recommend this cooker to any one. So pleased I got my new one.

As far as ovens go it looks good. I've seen people complain about the noises the oven makes. This can be turned off using the app. The only thing that lets it down is the knobs are plastic. I was expecting a quality metal feel but instead was met with a plastic. It's still a smooth turn but I was expecting a metal heavy turn.
