Excellent oven love the Wi-Fi features The oven is black and not really stainless steel which is just what I wanted.

We just started using this oven. Christmas will be time for good test. But so far we like. WiFi connection it's useful.

I am rating the product as 4 stars as it looks good, cooks well and is nearly silent. However, I am disappointed because it does not have the functionality that the AO website led me to believe it had. The website said that it had dual cook meaning that it had a special divider which could separate the single oven into two oven spaces, which could be set to two different temperatures. I chose this model for this function and it doesn’t have it. I feel that I have been mis-sold the appliance. I have contacted customer services via the complaints email address, but have had no response. I know I’m supposed to focus on the item rather than the website, but if I can’t get anyone’s attention via the complaints channel I’m not sure how else to do it. I would be grateful if you could pass this on to the relevant team.

Great oven, looks stylish and matches in well with our other appliances. Previously had a Samsung oven and never had no problems so when we moved house recently it was our natural choice. Cooks evenly, easy to clean and easy to install. Would recommend
