Brilliant dryer very straight forward to use & drys very quick lots of different functions makes it easy-to-use, very easy to clean & empty.

This heat-pump condenser tumble dryer works really well without adding excessive heat or moisture to the room. It takes a bit longer to dry than a vented dryer but consumes much less power, A+ rating vs C rating for a vented machine. Easy to empty the condensate drawer and filters.

Easy to use and does the job perfectly. However, doesn't have a clock displaying time remaining.

Quite a capable washing machine, seems to wash well, takes a large load, does what you expect, I’m still working out all the different programmes. The soap dispenser drawer is a little fiddly to remove for cleaning, but other than that, a good machine Overall, very pleased with my purchase

Smart, quiet, lots of space. Drys well, lint filter is really good and sturdy plus it’s easy to empty and the fluff doesn’t go all over the place when you take it out of the machine. Easy to empty the water tray. Very happy with this

I previously had a condenser dryer that was good, but thought I would try a heat pump option when it finally gave up. Couldn't be happier with this model. Great capacity, selection of drying levels and doesn't let your clothes get too hot.

Was dubious about hotpoint after the recalls. However money being to tight to mention (!) we went for it to get a new dryer that was more energy efficient and that worked. Happy with it so far - improved filter system than old - so risk of fire really considered. Also quieter than previous dryer. 4 stars only as too soon to comment on impact on electricity use.
