The product is good but we bought it for its energy rating and it's rating is based on one setting only which can only be used some of the time. This is quite disappointing.

Could not find anything negative to write about this machine. It does what it says on the tin. Lovely and quiet loved the allergy setting. With five in the house this machine is on every day. My ironing is reduced its fantastic.

Easy to use and very quiet. Love the fact that you can have the option to drain the waste rather than have to empty the tank

It looks good, it doesn't have all the messy exhaust dust, its easy to use and it's very energy efficient, very very pleased with it. Despite living on a fairly remote island off the mainland delivery was very good and quick.

So far it’s been ok. The energy rating though under the instructions applies to a couple of the drying programmes. Not the whole thing. I was told differently by customer service. So I’m a bit miffed maybe staff member didn’t have the correct information. Anyway it’s ok I guess, but it seems that this dryer could have so much go wrong with it. I’ve already had issues filter light flashing when I’d already cleaned. Luckily I managed to reset by fiddling around. Couldn’t find info on instructions on exactly what to do if that happens. Other than that I’m gonna keep going with it. Any more problems though. I will be either contacting customer service

Bought this as previously had a vented dryer and the price of the heat pump dryers seem to of come down a lot recently Have noticed that the electric bill has dropped a couple of quid a week since the new dryer Downsides are it struggles to dry really big loads Seems fairly noisy compared to a vented dryer Upsides are looks really nice and a lot more energy efficient than a vented dryer

Wasn’t sure when I bought it about not being vented. I am absolutely thrilled with it. Very easy to use and excellent performance. So pleased I bought it
