So dad so good. Seems to take longer to dry things, but uses a lot less energy.

Just started using the dryer so far so good and really pleased with the performance. Using the eco mode which is a longer for less electric consumption is a big plus. Would recommend this product.

Excellent product and economical. There are numerous settings and the clothes dry fairly quietly.

Terrible product. Ruined multiple bath towels by catching the threads. AO wouldn’t help me as it was over 30 days since we purchased product. Hotpoint sent an engineer out who told me this is a known issue and it’s a manufacturing fault. His ‘resolution’ was to file down the jaggy part of the machine which I agreed to, however, tumble dryer is ruining more towels again. Do not buy this product!

Great machine does what it says on the tin. Easy install and drys well.
