The product is good but we bought it for its energy rating and it's rating is based on one setting only which can only be used some of the time. This is quite disappointing.

Was a little sceptical about buying a heat pump machine. Stories of very long drying times, and sometimes not drying clothes at all. It does take longer than my old conventional vented drier, but not so long as to be an issue, and the biggest plus is how cheap it is to run. Definitely recommend

Bought this as previously had a vented dryer and the price of the heat pump dryers seem to of come down a lot recently Have noticed that the electric bill has dropped a couple of quid a week since the new dryer Downsides are it struggles to dry really big loads Seems fairly noisy compared to a vented dryer Upsides are looks really nice and a lot more energy efficient than a vented dryer

Was a bit wary of some of the reviews on this one but needn't have been. Dryer is great. True it takes a little longer than conventional tumbler but it saves energy due to design and does not emit nearly as much heat. Great buy, no issues so far.

I’ve used this dryer twice now and have to admit I’m not too impressed? I’m not sure if I’m putting it on the wrong settings but first time was the eco dry...2 and a half hours later it finished and was still slightly damp? Second time round I tried the daily dry cycle and also selected the hanger dry function. A 7kg load took 2 hours and again clothes came out slightly damp and very creased. Am I doing something wrong? If anyone could advise this would be grateful! Good on the electric, only costing about 40p for the whole cycle.

Smart, quiet, lots of space. Drys well, lint filter is really good and sturdy plus it’s easy to empty and the fluff doesn’t go all over the place when you take it out of the machine. Easy to empty the water tray. Very happy with this

The dryer is just what we wanted and fit in with new kitchen.
