Cooking is fine but the structure to hold trays is a bit flimsy. Very small pictures on control dial and grey toggle switches are very difficult to read

Great oven, love the wifi, though I thought I might have a problem as I’m not very technical but it was easy to use. Oven very similar to my old one so no problems. Easier to clean.

As far as ovens go it looks good. I've seen people complain about the noises the oven makes. This can be turned off using the app. The only thing that lets it down is the knobs are plastic. I was expecting a quality metal feel but instead was met with a plastic. It's still a smooth turn but I was expecting a metal heavy turn.

Oven makes little tunes, apparently at random, for example 7 mins into grilling when I haven't set a timer. When it does this there is no explanation on the panel, and no way to turn it off. No mention of this in the manual, unless perhaps I have selected auto cook; I didn't want to, and there's no way of knowing. Oven arrived without a baking tray, which is in practice the shelf, so it isn't useable. Samsung 'customer service' hasn't been helpful. 41 minutes on the 'phone to them so far, and no solution in sight. The controls are complicated and the manual is dreadful. Full version is 46 pages if you cut out the other languages, arrived with 'simple user manual', which isn't. As an example there are 11 icons for different modes on the dial, but there isn't a list, with pictures, of what they all are. They are almost too small to read, on both manual and control panel. The control panel is not lit, so it's hard to locate the buttons, which are hard to press. The oven might work quite well, I have used it successfully to microwave and grill, but it is horribly hard to manage and I wish I'd bought something else.

So far so good. Simple to work and looks good.

Great product just what we needed

Great. Easy to use, download the manual to disable the chimes though as they are annoying. Good to have the 5 Yr guarantee too. We had a Bosch equivalent which broke 8 months outside the 2 Yr guarantee...so this had the peace of mind. Door is easy to open. This sounds daft but the Bosch model was unnecessarily stiff which is exaggerated when installed at chest and above height.

Great oven with microwave and combi function. It sings, which is interesting. Haven't tried the smart settings yet.
