Smart, looks good, easy to use, and does everything we, as a family, need. Microwave, grill, and oven cook smaller items so we don't have to use the oven.

Early days yet but the product does what it says in the tin we had a Panasonic microwave before that lasted over 30 years.. how good is that?

Product is as expected! Much quicker and easier to use than our previous product. Having done some research of microwave ovens, I came to the conclusion this product offered great value for money. I also checked this product on other ‘platforms’ and found AO was very competitive and having used them before knew delivery, etc; would be first-class. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product and AO for service!

This microwave looks great and works perfectly. It was easy to understand how each feature works. I have used the microwave cooker and the cooker that is more like a conventional oven. All work well. The set up instructions are easy to understand and the pre set features have come in very handy. Nothing I don’t like. If I needed to say anything negative it would be in the early days it emitted an odour like melting plastic despite following the set up instructions correctly. It wasn’t a big problem. I just opened the window after use. The unpack service was fabulous as usual. They unboxed the product taking all the rubbish away and they checked thoroughly I had all the parts I needed from the box. The man helped me position my microwave. They gave me a time and arrived on that window. They were polite and courteous. As usual you can’t fault the unpack service.

I haven’t used it in all the different ways as yet but am looking forward to doing so. The operation of the product is so easy to understand thanks to a very detailed booklet that comes with it. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. It’s definitely five stars from me.
