The specification looks good but have had the item for less than a week and a serious 'crack' sound has developed when opening the door. Phoned Panasonic and told to go to distributor. Instructed not to comment on website or service.

5 uses and the thing nearly caught fire around its door while using the microwave. It’s door melted at the top right inside filling the kitchen with smoke. Waiting for it’s replacement as I type this review, can’t help wondering if the replacement will do the same.

Haven’t tried the oven facility yet but as a microwave it’s top notch. Food is cooked evenly and quickly. Good looking and very large. Be aware - I wasn’t aware it shouldn’t be placed inside a cupboard or unit. Has to be out on worktop. Needs clearance around as it gets hot.

Bought this to replace a defunct Dixon's own make that was some 20 years old, so it has a lot to do to match that microwave. So far I'm quite impressed. All the functions work well, and it's a fairly large oven so can take a small / medium chicken. Instructions are good. I'm not a fan of touchscreen or controls, and the controls on this model are taking some time to get used to - particularly finding out which part of the 'button' to press as it seems a bit hit and miss (excuse the pun). Also, the power cable could do with being a bit longer. Time will tell whether this will last as long as my old one, but other than that I would recommend checking this oven out if you are in the market for a new combination microwave and have the space for it.

Happy with this product, it's easy to use and looks good. Not too big for our small kitchen but has lots of interior cooking space. Helpful info supplied Small niggles: it's a bit noisy and the grill isn't very efficient

Went for this as it the highest rated microwave oven by Which. It comes well wrapped and protected and looks smart out of the box with a classy gloss finish (although this makes it a fingerprint magnet too). It is very intuitive to use which is good thing because the included instruction booklet is a little “busy”. Works well and lives up to the hype. Recommended

This microwave works smoothly and enables grilling, microwave cooking and defrosting. You can even cook in different stages. No problems at all so far.

I think this microwave oven is amazing and cooks incredibly quick and great for healthy meals
