    Excellent product

    5/5
Very happy with my new microwave. It looks good and works very well. It deserves its 5* rating. it is not suitable as a “built in” appliance because it needs space to the left and right sides and a 6” clearance on the top because it will get hot when using oven or grill function.

    Replacement combi oven

    5/5
Four the last 10 years we have had a large capacity combi oven, and although it has worked, the time for the convection oven to heat was excessive. So after research we bought this product and have been delighted with the preheat times. Other positives are the 1000 watt micro wave, and the grill seems very efficient. Negatives, my eyesight is not as good as it was so a either illuminated control panel or a better contrast on the lettering would be beneficial. It is noisier than the previous oven but not significantly so. The guide on the bottom of the door frame is in an awkward location and printed to small for me and I would imagine for many people. At first I was not too sure about the size as it is considerably smaller than our old oven but found that we still manage to get all we need in for cooking with room to spare. So, overall very happy with the product and would have no hesitation in recommending it

    My New Panasonic Microwave.

    5/5
This product was recommended as best buy with Which, who also steered me to the best price with AO. It is a microwave/convection and grill. Looks great and works like a dream haven't stopped cooking and baking since. I had purchased a new fridge/freezer with AO so I knew their service was great. I found a cheaper price online which, a lovely girl on the phone matched, and gave me next day delivery free. Bingo my Microwave was installed after it was delivered by 2 great guys (Ryan & Iaian BDV3) at 8.30am the next day. A fantastic product and fantastic service would definitely recommend. Indeed I am purchasing another product today. 5*

    Disappointed

    2/5
I recently purchased this model and have to say i am so disappointed,it was supposed to be similar to the NN-CT890S that it replaced , the controls are similar, but the CONVECTION side of it which i use mostly due to mobility issues has proved a disaster, On CONVECTION it "grills" the top of the food within minutes of baking or roasting, which has left me no option but revert with some difficulty to my family cooker. It is stylish ,but very light in weight which slides across my worktop when the controls are pressed, which I hasten to add is just a basic material not glossy,To combat this cork mats have had to be placed under the tiny feet. I have tried cooking pastry, chicken pieces etc and found they scorch within moments of cooking. I have had these Panasonic combination microwaves since 1990 so i do know how to use them, for some reason this model in my opinion has not come up to scratch,Sorry to say I would only recommend it for its other functions.

    Great microwave

Sleek looking, easy to use. Only thing is that it slides on its feet when you push the button to open the door!

    So far pretty impressed

    4/5
So far I'm reasonably impressed with it apart from the grill function, that is quite weak in comparison to a standard cookers grill. I've used a few of the autocook functions such as jacket potatoes (4 potatoes took 20min in comparison to 90 mins in normal oven), reheated a Chinese but that gave it way too much cooking time. Done a few apple crumbles on the convection setting (30mins at 180) and they have come out nice, im yet to try out the autocook crumble setting that says done in 11mins, I'm still getting use to the 1000w power of the microwave compared to our old 800w, roughly taking off 30 secs cooking time seems to be about right. The chaos defrost has worked fine on stewing steak, mince and chicken breasts. Will be trying some cakes and bread this week. Not much bigger than our previous microwave but lost some storage space for bread/chopping boards as the outside casing gets very hot in convection mode. Hoping it saves some money on electric bills instead of using the main oven for small things.

    lasted less than 1 year

    1/5
In our family we have bought 4 of these over the years and they have been great BUT the last one stopped working at 10months old . Contacted Panasonic as recommended by AO(dissatisfied AO didn't deal with this as it was purchased from them ). Panasonic arranged engineer visit who took it away for a week and arranged a repair ,once they had been sent proof of purchase via AO downloaded receipt. It should arrive back today .....wonder how long it will last . All in all a disappointing encounter with the product and AO. Panasonic at least repair but still feel let down all round.

    Control panel

    4/5
Only complaint/drawback was darkish(dark gold) lettering on a black background on control panel and fairly small font size, make hard reading especially if not well lit and you don't have 20:20 vision.
