I had an earlier version of this microwave oven which gave over 10 years of sterling service. This new microwave oven is even better. The interior of the oven has been redesigned to make it a breeze to clean. Just a wipe over with a damp cloth keeps it sparkling clean even after cooking a full roast dinner. I have bought several items from AO in the past and, as always, their service has been prompt and efficient. Great products at unbeatable prices. Thanks AO.

Superb Combi, am so pleased that I purchased this particular one. Couldn't believe that the grill is now covered so much easier to clean the inside, the actual size of the oven now takes whatever shape or size dish I have.. so no worries on that score. I can certainly recommend this Combi it's in use every day.

After purchasing four combi-microwave ovens over the past 5 years, this fifth purchase has got off to a good start. The build and functionaility are good, the only critism so far is with the oven interior light, it's very dim. I like the fact it does not have a rotating platter. The rotation would tend to remove paper towels intended to prevent food spitting and knock over rice packets. Not an issue with this model. The drop down door also a better feel along with the different form factor. All in, I am pleased with this purchase.

The replacement oven for the faulty one delivered initially works fine and does all it was advertised to do. Panasonic created difficulties by wanting to have the faulty oven repaired and not replaced but AO sorted the matter out immediately when contacted and delivered another oven the following day. The interface on the oven takes a bit of study as the instruction manual is not an example of clarity and is somewhat repetitive but once the controls are understood it is relatively simple. After using it over a couple of days i was completely satisfied with its performance.

An expensive item but worth every penny if you use all the functions.

Expensive but leaves nothing out. Flat bed convection microwave. A smart addition to the kitchen. An abundance of functions. A minor irritation is the dimness of the control panel but we have quickly mastered it. Reading the very comprehensive manual requires patience and attention but worth it. Look forward to many years of satisfying ownership…very pleased.

Excellent combi oven, I had a Panasonic before you can’t go wrong.

Love my new Panasonic microwave which replaces an old panasonic. Easy to use and a helpful instruction and recipe book supplied with it. Touch controls a change from my previous machine which had knobs but soon got used to them. Altogether very satisfied with it.
