So far so good. Arrived on time and delivery guy was great. Not had a chance to use much yet but results have to date been good.

Such a simple design and so easy to use. Menu and setting are uncluttered. Plenty of room inside and exterior is stylish and current.

Having had more than one or two microwaves I think I know what's good and bad about them. Don't buy a combination unless it's a easy to clean one, grill area is a nightmare on all of them, with this one I am hoping I have found the problem solved. Flush grill with top of microwave could this be magic, I hope so and will be a very happy owner if it lives up to my expectations, time will tell. One year warranty is rubbish for a microwave at this price.

Excellent delivery tracking and on the first evening tried the genius setting and the meal came out fantastic. I've now got to learn how to cook with the other functions but overall an excellent product that's well made and looks good. The dropdown door function which was not on my old combi cooker is a really useful area for turning the food over. I'm now looking forward to having many years of fun with it. Only minor gripe the icons on the door don't light up but I'll get used to which ones they are.

It is a quality feel product the main negative points i have is the the internal lighting does not light the contents as well as i would have hoped. The control panel could be fully illuminated to enable the choice of programs to be clearer. Clear to follow instruction manual

Bigger and better, I bought this version to replace the model I had over worked for many years and I couldn't be happier. The drop down door is a real advantage: no more knocking the pots every time I open the door. and the spacious oven means I can be really adventurous. I replaced my old huge cooker with a Panasonic combination cooker nearly 20 years ago and I have never regretted that decision.

I have had a previous Panasonic flat bed microwave for years and was very impressed. Therefore, a new Panasonic was my first choice. I picked this model as you are able to use 2 shelves. So far, everything we have cooked has turned out well. The buttons are easy to use and understand. However, it would have been nice if the buttons were illuminated. Overall very happy with the purchase.
