This was bought to replace a, similar looking, howdens hood which was installed with the kitchen and had stopped extracting. The installation was made more difficult because it was a replacement and so the hob and wall finsh were already in place, and the hole to outside was already drilled (but too small). The supplied instructions are just a series of drawings and needed some studying to understand. Securing the control circuit box and installing the chimney proved the most annoying parts of the job but now that it is in it is slimmer and neater than the one it replaced and so far has worked well (and not too noisy despite the db rating). i have awarded 4 stars as the chimney is made of very thin metal and has to be handled very carefully to avoid distortion or warping during removal of protective film and then installation.

Easy to order, good communication, delivery also good. Chimney hood looks nice, as I expected, haven’t used it enough to review it properly yet but installation was straight forward, simple controls, bright led lights. Thinking the curved glass will be easier to clean than a stainless steel hood.

Have only just had this installed but so far it works as it should and looks great. The tradesman who fitted it only had good things to say about it and said that in his experience they are solidly built and will last a long time.

The cooker hood, is quite and easy to use. The size is perfect for what we wanted too.

This a well designed and constructed appliance which also looks good and is easy to install. It is efficient and economical to run and is relatively quiet, even at boosted speed, although the cat jumped about 4 feet the first time we used it. Today it sleeps on the worktop whilst it is in use, so even Jasper approves!!
