Easy to use, simple 4 speed functions via touch control. works really well to remove steam and cooking smells, we are using recirculated method. Comes with carbon filter in the box but doesn’t tell you that anywhere . Fitted by an electrician in about an hour. Reviews says it’s loud but I personally think it’s ok and is actually more powerful than other similar priced devices. Clean and smart design. Fits with any modern kitchen.

My Samsung cooker good, looks the part, only draw back is, it is a bit nosy, one of the reviews did express this when I was doing my research

The product arrived with a stain on the chimney hood. Called OA, they will be replacing the entire product but at a cost of £25 as I had used it for a day only which is truly unfair as it was not me who caused the cosmetic damage but rather it arrived damaged. Removed 1 star due to poor customer service

Still to be installed but pre purchase research on cooker hoods gave this product a good rating with a high extraction rate for a reasonable cost. Service offered by AO was seamless. Item arrived within the timeframe given by two cheery delivery personnel.

Looks good and works well. Slightly tricky to fit, partly because our space was pretty much the minimum recommended, but also due to the difficulty fitting the outer chimney over the internal one. Very tight getting it to clip over the back.

Love this, smart looking and worth the money. It is slightly loud but I’m hard of hearing so , not a bother to me ?? I’m female over 60 and installed this myself, easy to do. Very happy

Pretty good although needs to be on highest power setting when doing a few pans on the hob, otherwise steam/water does build up quickly on the glass. Overall I am happy with the product
