good quality product

A little noisy and does sound like it's not operating correctly at first but this may be down to the fact it's a brand new unit. Other than that I am really happy with the product

Tried other stores to source this Samsung extractor and a.o had a service that would email you when the particular item was back in stock. After I placed the order it was here 2 days later this is the third time I have ordered from these guys and can't fault them.

Great family size chimney.Very simple to use and looking stylish.It fitted prefectly in 60 cm. It was the upgrade for my old chimney and Samsung is slightly quieter than previous one.I am happy with purchase/delivery and ao.com.

I did receive my order as per agreed time. The product was easy to mount and it works perfectly well. I do recommend others to buy it. It's good value for my money.

It was easy to install looks smart and overall its a very good product -swapped halogen lights for LEDs.
