Good looking, reliable. Easy to use. Seems very solid in materials and controls. Like the fast wash feature and use it most of the time.

Love this machine! So many useful programmes and very easy to use. Definitely recommend.

We purchased this product to replace an ageing Hotpoint Aqualtis washer dryer which had served us well. Once we mastered the differences and the new technologies in the latest machine we have been very pleased with the results. There are a large range of programmes that cover everything you might want to wash and the 'dry only' and 'steam refresh' features have both proved useful in the recent inclement weather. We are completely satisfied with this purchase which was delivered on the day we requested, installed quickly and the old machine recycled. All in all 5* all round.

I bought this as it was a which best buy. I am a little dissappointed as some programs are fixed so you cant change the temperature, spin speed or drying mode, this wasnt explained by which. The dryer only mode is a bit querky, you have to select the wash cycle which would give you the required drying cycle options then press the dryer only button. Washing and drying performance is good and the machine is quiet compared to my old machine. The instructions could be improved - theres a note on how to exit demo mode but nothing to explain what demo mode is or how to go into it. The hotpoint website is not helpful as it doesnt give a telephone helpline number, only a guarantee registration number. I ended up typing my questions to a robot assistant and went round and round in circles as it doesnt seem to have an answer to specific questions. I found a better instruction manual online from a "manuals website". I registered the guarantee online but finally called the guarantee line phone number in frustration, this connects you through to an insurance company where they try to sell you an extended guarantee but once I explained my problems they transfered me to a Hotpoint help desk and they were very helpful. Why cant hotpoint publish this number.

Great range of functions on the machine and a boost button to speed up the washing time!

Really nice machine, and the spin/dry cycle is very quiet. I chose it as it's a Which Best Buy - and it's definitely value for money. Just remember to remove the transit bolts when it arrives!

Looks very clean, easy to use, makes little noise really happy with the product and wash/dry options
