At first couldn't install mcafee on new Asus laptop. Used mcafee customer 'chat' option to speak with their helpline who instantly could tell me what the issue was..with microsoft software not mcafee..new laptop was set up in windows 10 S ..the safe mode instead of H the home mode which blocks anything not downloaded through Microsoft store. They then helped me by explaining how to change this to prevent me having to go through whole issue again with Microsoft. Then easy to install and run. Great customer service fromantic mcafee. Laptop now up and running and safe. Compact and light easy to carry around. Long battery life. Perfect laptop for everyday use.
