My fault, this is a 800 and I am used to a 950 so cooking takes longer. The instructions were not very clear. Otherwise it is a nice looking model and easy to clean.

It's OK, not too impressed with the overall quality the door is extremely flimsy I'm not sure how long that will last. The unit is quite light too, it does look nice, simple enough to use after a few goes. Would I purchase again? Probably not, would I recommend to a family member? probably not. For me very overpriced for the quality. Sightly disappointed? yes!

It is a basic model which mostly works fine, and the quick defrost is effective, but on day 2 it would not heat at all. Unplugging for 10 mins seemed to sort it but if it happens again I will be seeking an exchange. It’s a little noisy and doesn’t seem to have a jacket potato setting which is odd!

My problem is,being eldery anything new is a challenge.If you were to look at the brochure explaining how to operate the microwave you will see that it is completely lacking in any advice.In other words hopeless and not worth sending out with the appliance.Could you not put some pressure on Samsung to improve things.I am sorely in need of assistance I am sure once I understand how to operate it it’s rating should improve.

Damaged in transit but not too badly, other than that the item is superb and works faultlessly

This is a nice little microwave, with lots of useful features - good value for the price. HOWEVER - the interior light is so dim, you can’t see the food going round while it’s cooking. So, as an example, you can’t see if something is about to boil over. In fact I thought it was broken & called Samsung, but if you look closely, the interior light is on - it’s just very faint. So if you like watching your food going round in the microwave - don’t buy this one.

I like this microwave, it's a great size, has lots of cooking options, and I especially like the inside material. Hopefully it will last longer than our other one.
