Easy to use, sleek looking, some really useful features, and does what is says on the tin

Usual Samsung quality, easy to use, some people have remarked on non see through door, but my last microwave was like this so not a problem. I like the idea you can turn the clock off. I haven't and probably won't use all the features but very happy with what I have done so far

Very easy to purchase with the notification when the item was back in stock, good effective communication while on delivery, but unfortunately it arrived slightly damaged, but the service team were very helpful and offered a discount off due to the minor Damage.

I would love to say what an awesome microwave this is after spending a huge amount on it but that won't be the case. So on the first use out of the box it turned out to be faulty. I tried using it to warm some milk for my son but after numerous attempts on various time lengths it would come out stone cold. After having a £40 Russell Hobbs microwave for about 4 years, it could do this job in 30 seconds so alarm bells started ringing. I went through the troubleshooting and one of the options it gives you is to heat a glass of water for 4 - 5 mins, the result should be boiling water. I did this procedure and....it was stone cold again. The only thing that was heating was the microwave itself! Not impressed to say the least after spending a collosal amount on a microwave.

The microwave fits well into the space available, good handle on the door. Bright display and easy to use controls. The quick timer could have a an option for 1 minute rather than just 30 seconds. Door opening with a hinge on the right could be considered as a future option however, as none are currently available in this price range is a hope for the future.

Stylish, good price and supremely functional. Deoredization feature is a nice touch too

This microwave has the features we wanted (eg durable easy clean interior, some auto cook options, simple settings, clock) and not grills or other extras that we wouldn't use. Rounded corners make it look good and the open/ close handle is just right. The instruction booklet was helpfully clear also.
