Great product, superb service

Good instructions, simple to fit, worked straight away.

The product is excelent and does what it says on the packaging.

Good budget microwave with Grill. Went for this one as it has a larger turntable than to 800watter. Probably won't use the grill.

The microwave is well packaged and the instructions are clear for installation and use. For the external size, the interior chamber is quite small. The auto clean function is useful. The instructions promise a *free* extended parts guarantee if registered, but when you register it tries to sell you a paid guarantee, if you decline it then just sends you a one year guarantee, which is what you would get anyway. Not worth wasting time with. The display is clear, and having used it for a few weeks I'm happy with it and it constitutes very good value for money.

A good microwave. It is a little less simple to use than our original one because of the childproof system which we don't currently need. However it's easy to change the power of the microwave even during cooking which is useful. I haven't tried the grill yet. Overall I'm pleased with it and it looks good.

This Hotpoint built-in microwave with grill is a excellent quality item. Also it was so easy to fit due to it having its own support legs. It simply slid into place, plugged into the electric socket and it was up and running. The number of programs are a dream to use and the grill works perfectly. I'm in my 80's and I found it pretty easy to install and use. Great piece of kit thank you Hotpoint from a satisfied customer.

Does what you need. Only complaint is timer increments.
