Very good quality, easy to use.

This combination microwave has got more functions than a celebrity's diary and, due to only having had it for a few weeks, I haven't even scratched the surface as to what it can do but it's a Samsung so should prove to be reliable and it certainly looks good. The two round stands that came with it are a nice extra to have when using the grill or convection oven. All in all I'm happy with my purchase and would buy the same again.

Bought this as it was a slightly upgraded model of our existing one that eventually (after many years) went kapput. Its got a few extra functions on that I will probably never use. A grill inside a microwave?? Ok I suppose in reality its a combi oven (I wont use that bit either) But delivery was prompt, arrived well packaged, price was reasonable and it looks really nice with lots of features. I'm a big fan of the AO customer service. As I know in the past when things don't go as expected they bend over backwards to put it right. Not this time as there were no issues at all. But its nice buying with confidence knowing that. An easy 5 stars.

Really good looking microwave and built like a tank. Lovely blue digital light and also easy to understand and use. Heats up the food well, whilst at the same time runs smoothly with very little sound. Well done samsung for your masterful production.

Smart. Looks good, does a lot for your money

I had a Samsung microwave for years. No problems until it suddenly died - with a slight smell of burning. I read the reviews and bought another one which should tell you a lot. A big sturdy beast that does what it promises as far as microwave cooking is concerned. And easy to clean. With no hint of rust anywhere. The only thing I do NOT like is the lack of decent instructions and any kind of recipe book. I went online as per advice from previous reviewers. Far more comprehensive instructions but still very little help with the combi features. And confusing advice like heat the grill before using. For how long? No help even from Youtube. I never came to grips with combi cooking with the last machine but I would love to do better this time. Please Samsung - a little help with clearer instructions and a few recipes that let us try out the grill and convection features.

Easy to use, doesn't waste energy/ heat. Really love it. Abit loud when cooling down after the oven has been used but fab product. Would definitely recommend
