Firstly I would like to complement AO - superb customer service and delivery services. Everything arrived in perfect condition unlike a previous well known retailer who have now lost my business! The oven itself looks fantastic - there aren’t many ovens that are pure black which is what we specifically wanted. We have only just got the new kitchen and haven’t tested it out yet as much as we’d like but all seems great so far!

Shame that a quality oven does not come with grill pan. Other than that it looks and works well, easy to use controls

Functions well. Control panel not easy to see in low light but as most kitchens are well lit this not normally not a problem...

Great product. Haven’t quite got used to all of the different settings yet. Great having the top oven as well as it is easy to do a roast dinner. Looks very stylish too. Customer services were also brilliant ... very helpful.
