Took 5/6 attempts for the oven to be useable. (Burning seal so it doesn’t smell like oven) Overall it’s an alright cooker

Light didn't work in oven and there was a noise as if the fan was hitting something metal when you put oven on. Other than that everything else worked fine. Awaiting on an engineer to see if we will get a replacement as we only received it on 26th April and found it faulty on 27th. Due to Covid 19 I have no clue when that will be..

Looks a little cheap, but works well and cooks the food evenly, unlike our old oven. Produces quite a bit of steam through the vents at the back of the cooker which I have found slightly strange, but according to the instructions this is normal!! Not sure I would choose this cooker if I had seen it in the flesh first, but it dies the job for an ok price!

the ceramic top marks easy and very hard to get off marks . not used the grill yet . no GRILL HANDLE . why ??only had a week and used the oven 3/4 times and each time the grill glass steams up .so phoned beko and was told if the engineer cant find a fault there will be a £55 callout charge so my wife tried the oven with no food cooking. the day before engineer was to come and it never steamed up ?? so will keep a eye on this next time we use oven . and no cable i had to go purchase this aswell . you get what you pay for next time i will pay a bit more for a better cooker

This cooker is great, the hobs, oven and grill all heat quickly it is great value for money compared to some other products on the market. The only reason I have marked this down significantly is because the cooker doesn't have adjustable feet which I was really disappointed with, I now need to figure a way of raising the cooker a couple of cm in line with my worktop! Deliver drivers were friendly and on time so top marks for service and communication from AO.com - I would definitely buy from them again.

Ceramic hob heats up quickly and is very usable. Could benefit from a "hot spot" facility to use just the centre of a hot spot (had this on a previous cooker which was a great feature). Oven and grill both work well. Overall it's a little on the tinny side and not as substantial as pricier cookers - but you get what you pay for!
