Good service friendly staff and very helpful service easy process from start to finish

Telly pleased. Simple easy to use oven. Main oven and jobs heat up quickly and cook food lovely. Grill takes a little longer to get hot so need to remember to pre heat a little longer than normal. Otherwise lovely product. Installation fitters really quick and efficient

This is a great cooker for a great price. It looks modern and stylish. Comes with 2 shelves for the main oven and 1 for the grill. Also grill pan included but no handle but this is usually the case.Large oven with enough room to cook for our awkward family of 4 who sometimes want to eat different things. Warms up super fast 5-10 minutes. Easy to use knobs that click with each turn so you can't accidentally turn on or up. Light indicators for each area and also has heat residue lights to warn you if the job is still hot after use.

Would recommend this oven to anyone. For the price you won’t get any better. And looks great. Can’t wait for anther appliance to go wrong so I can shop at AO.com. Thanks AO!!

Not had it very long but the only negatives I have found are that the rings aren't the fastest to heat up and the shelves are a bit fiddly to get in. Other than that, really good so far.

Very bad fitting oven door,clunky when shutting and crooked. Shame as does look nice otherwise.
