Really good mixer if you just want to mix cakes and don't need all the other functions on a more expensive mixer. Looks nice in the kitchen too!

The 5 litre glass mixing bowl is great - though it weighs over 2 kg when empty so be warned. I've only made 3 things so far, so very much getting used to it still. The first twice the butter didn't mix in properly and so the cakes didn't rise well. Maybe the butter was a bit cold.

2nd time buying this product - other one was damaged when our kitchen was flooded. Makes things like cakes mega easy with very little effort. Also cheaper than a Kitchenaid!

I'd been wanting a "proper mixer" for some time, looked at kitchen aid but couldn't really justify the price, decided to go with the kenwood kmix as was on sale, I'm really chuffed with it, only used a couple of times up to now, love it! I went for the cream model and it looks great in my kitchen, highly recommended.
