I bought this to replace a brand new bosch kettle which didn't work (from a different store. Initially I ruled out the smeg down to cost.I looked on ao for a replacement and having read reviews purchased with next day delivery. I was amazed when it arrived tracked on Sunday morning! Looks very nice on my kitchen counter. I have an open plan kitchen and living room, so it’s nice to have something luxurious like this Smeg kettle. Very pleased with the quality of the kettle. Boiling time is very quick. I like the option of having different temperature levels as I like to make different types of hot drinks.

Brilliant. Keep water at temperature for 20 mins. Adjust temperature for deferent drinks. Yes expensive but worth it.
