We bought this as a direct replacement for our 10-year old Bosch fridge Freezer that stopped working. It was relatively easy to self-install and works a treat. Obviously it looks just the same!

My fridge freezer is everything you would expect from Bosch I especially like the humidifier in the crisper box keeps fruit and veg fresher for longer.

The fridge is very good, no issues with anything except the fact it does not show you the current temperature. It has a digital display which shows what the temperature is SET at, but it does not show you (ever) what the current temperature actually is so you have no idea how it is performing unless you get your own thermometer and put it in there somewhere. On a fridge of this price I think that is pretty bad, it's hardly a budget fridge or a budget brand. On my previous fridge which was a 20 year old very similar Neff, it at least had a temperature gauge inside the freezer door, this one doesn't even have that.

Product is working very well happy with that, delivery very prompt, in fact to quick by the time they had it unpacked they were gone, at which point we found damage to the freezer door, which I emailed about, but this is where they let themselves down, nobody got back to us, a few days later I resent the email, again still no response. All I can say is they sell good products although damaged, and are not responsive if you contact them. Hence good review for product bad review for the company.

Bought a few weeks ago. So far no complaints at all. Great fridge freezer. We all love the pull out shelf giving easy access to the back. Would definitely recommend.
