A really good, straightforward fridge. Just plug in and you're ready to go. Decent amount of flexibility with the shelving in the fridge. Very spacious freezer compared to what I'm used to. Great service from AO, delivered right to the kitchen ready to unwrap and slide off its base.

I was looking forward to my new fridge, the ordering process, price match and discount was all done effortlessly. The delivery, connection and recycling of my old appliance was also exemplary. Then after a few days I noticed that my new Bosch was made in Turkey! I could have bought a Beko and saved £200.

After being delivered by ao drivers at correct day and time, after getting the packageing of my new Bosch fridge/freezer I found a problem. I rang Mathew at customer services and the problem was sorted in 10 minutes ( thanks to Mathews polite and professional manner. The fridge/freezer itself is a good piece of kit, very quiet smooth running, keeps the right cold temperatures in fridge and freezer. There is plenty of room for food and bottles etc, well pleased with my buy.

Nice looking fridge hopefully with the Bosch reliability and long life I have experienced over the years. Buy cheap buy twice. The last Bosch fridge lasted 17 years so well worth the money. It has a clean bright well lit interior with plenty of space for cans, bottles and a pull-out drawer for salads and the like. I always buy Bosch, I know it will last and work well. Things I would improve on, the glass trays look fragile and placing a can or dish on them heavily could end badly. The temperature displays are a bit basic but do their job. Overall, worth buying.
