My cooker is amazing,had one before that had lasted 17 years so decided to get another one because I have never had any problems with the old one, just felt I needed to update the product as the new type was more cost effective. Would highly recommend any to purchase a range cooker. The service I received was amazing, and the cost of buying a new one with ao.com couldn't be beaten.

The product is faulty. After the second use, bubbles appeared around one of the hob rings. After reporting the issue to Beko, they briefly stated this is not covered under warranty (!!!), without any further explanation. I'm now returning the item and buying from another brand due to Beko's appalling customer service!
