Delivery service very good and kept informed all the way through. Product did not come with a length of cooker cable with which to wire it in. Potentially an oversight in my part, but something I think wouldn't be too hard to include with the cooker to facilitate installation.

Good product. Ovens and ceramic hob heat up really quickly. Fan is really quiet, had to check several times to make sure it was on. Timer instructions not as clear as I would like. Going to take a bit of practice to head around them.

Nice simple oven

Only had this 10 days, but so far so good. Grill and rings heat up quickly, the oven cooked the roast chicken perfectly. The shelves can rattle a bit when heating up, but that stops when you pop the food in. I do find the whole cooker shifts a bit if you shut the oven door too forcibly. I was expecting to be disappointed because I've had gas range cookers for 30 years, but definitely not so far!

It does what it suppose to do, cooks well. Quality of the oven is alright. Hob heats up quick, but also takes a while to completely cool down. Top oven is smaller than I expected and the bottom one is bit too low. Legs to raise it aren't the most stable and reliable, also came without the screw for the top of the hob, not a big deal, but weird. The bottom tray did scratch the inside of the oven straight away on a first removal, it's not made to be durable. After initial heat up the smell persisted for couple of days.

Seems to be a good oven, very spacious compared to our last one even though they are the same width, you can fit two chickens with ease side by side, gets hot quickly, and just in case this helps anyone out there is no dial to change the top oven from an oven to a grill if the door is closed it’s an oven and if it’s open it’s a grill, also would like to add you get three shelves with it as the grill plate slots in instead of sitting in on a tray so you gain one there to put in the bottom oven if needed
