Love this kettle it's beautiful and fits in with our new vintage kitchen perfectly. Works great. Looks expensive and is great quality.

This kettle looks great in my kitchen, it compliments my traditional colour scheme but would look great in all kitchens. The handle is easy to hold and the on/off switch does not need any pressure at all. However the lid is a little stiff when lifting it off but hopefully this will loosen with use. The kettle is a little bit noisy when boiling but I am getting used to that because it is not really a problem as I can hear when it is finished. Overall I am very pleased with the Icona kettle.

This is by far the most expensive kettle I've ever purchased but I wanted something a little different and that's exactly what I got. It goes perfectly in my kitchen which was installed in 1985 so is proper 'vintage'. It's easy to pour from, relatively quiet when boiling & looks great. I read an earlier review which says that the body of the kettle gets hot when boiled which is of course true but isn't that the case with all kettles? I would recommend not touching a boiled kettle of any make or design !!

Our last kettle was this model in black, lasted many years, and just got old. The beige kettle also matched our new colour scheme in the kitchen. I can recommend this kettle to anyone, and was UKP 15 cheaper than Currys, and free delivery, what more could you ask
